Rental fees:
  • GOV. Tax rate : 12% of rent and services
  • Cleaning Fee: $120 for a couple - $180 for the whole house - $220 for 8 guests
  • Our rates are for a maximum of 6 guests. We can accept up to 8 guests. Guests # 7 and 8 will share with a single bed in rooms 2 and 3 (excellent quality mattress)
    Extra charge for these two guests: $250 per pers. per week + tax
  • Damage fee (refundable) $100
  • We have now AC in each BR ($). There is a meter to calculate the cost of AC consumption during the stay.
