Cancellation of Datai Villa Reservation
Cancellations will be honored if made outside of the 60 days prior to your arrival, less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 100% of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates.
However, in case of any booking cancelled within a month prior arrival, the sums paid would be totally lost and the stay would not be reported to later period.
We will be happy to reschedule your rental to another time within 12 months of your original booking date. Your initial deposit will be applied onto the new rate of the following season and there will be a nominal charge of $50 for rescheduling for administrative expenses incurred. As with any major international vacation, we highly recommend cancellation insurance available through most travel agents or AAA organizations. No refunds will be given for early departure.
