Deposit Policy: Once you have phoned, faxed or emailed in your reservation to us, you have a two week (10 business days) grace period to wire in the 50% deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within two weeks, your hold on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice.
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, the initial deposit required is 50% of the rent. The balance + house cleaning + Gov.Tax+damage deposit (if applicable) will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
We accept payments with Wire transfers , VISA, MASTERCARD ( wires will be the only payment form for stays shorter than a week)
When cancelled 3 months prior arrival we refund 100% the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 3 months of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 100% of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates.
As with any major international vacation, we highly recommend cancellation insurance available through most travel agents or AAA organizations.
No refunds will be given for early departure nor on “Holidays Season” bookings.
Generally a damage deposit will be required from visitors with children or larger groups. The deposit is negotiable to fit your specific situation. The deposit is fully refundable to you within 30 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items.
